Air Fryer Pork Times and Temperatures
Modern pork is safe at 145°F and does not need to be cooked grey. Most dry pork is simply overcooked pork.
| Food | Temp | Time | Safe internal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pork Loin | 375°F | 20–25 min | 145°F |
| Bacon | 350°F | 8–10 min | — |
| Pork Chops | 380°F | 12–15 min | 145°F |
| Hot Dogs | 380°F | 5–7 min | 165°F |
| Sausages | 380°F | 10–13 min | 160°F |
| Ribs | 380°F | 25–30 min | 145°F |
145°F, and a little pink is correct
The USDA lowered the safe temperature for whole cuts of pork to 145°F (63°C) with a three-minute rest. At that temperature pork is still faintly pink in the centre, which is both safe and considerably juicier than the grey it was traditionally cooked to. Ground pork is the exception and still needs 160°F.
Bacon is a temperature problem, not a time one
Most air fryer smoke comes from bacon cooked at 400°F. The rendered fat hits the heating element and burns. Drop to 350°F, drain between batches, and the smoke largely stops.

Common questions
What temperature do you cook pork in an air fryer?
Most pork cooks between 350°F and 380°F. The table above gives the exact setting for each one rather than a single average.
Can you cook pork from frozen in an air fryer?
Several of these can be cooked straight from frozen — the individual pages give the adjusted time. As a rule, add 30–50% to the time and drop the temperature slightly so the outside does not overcook first.
