Common questions
How long do you air fry Hot Dogs?
Hot Dogs takes 5–7 minutes at 380°F (190°C) in an air fryer. Shake or roll once at 3 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Should you score hot dogs before air frying?
It is optional. Scoring gives more browned surface area and stops them bursting unevenly, but they cook fine either way.
Can you toast hot dog buns in an air fryer?
Yes. Add them for the final 1–2 minutes. Any longer and they go hard rather than toasted.
