How to cook Mushrooms in an air fryer
- Wipe them clean rather than washing. Mushrooms absorb water readily and wet ones will only steam.
- They shrink by roughly half, so cut them larger than you think.
- Salt at the end. Salting early draws out moisture and stops them browning.
