How to cook Cookies in an air fryer
- Much lower temperature than most foods. At 350°F or above the outside sets before the middle cooks.
- Use parchment with the edges tucked under the dough, or the fan blows it into the element.
- They will look underdone coming out. That is correct — they firm up as they cool.
Cooking Cookies from frozen
From frozen, cook for 8–11 minutes at 300°F. Frozen dough balls need 2–3 minutes longer.
